IPBases is a self-hosted trademark and IP management system for law firms, trademark attorneys and IP practices. It replaces spreadsheets and separate tools with one system for the whole practice: trademarks, patents (national, regional and PCT) and industrial designs on one record each, with office deadlines and internal dates, renewals planned a year ahead with automatic reminders, documents filed on the right record, a mail inbox matched to clients and marks, and client notices in English or Arabic by email, PDF or WhatsApp.
Billing is built in: invoices to the client or the foreign associate in AED, SAR, KWD, QAR, USD, EUR and more, payments, aging and fee proposals. Clients and associates get their own portals. Roles, permission groups and a full audit log control who sees what.
IPBases installs on the firm's own server, so the data stays with the firm; passwords, keys and backups are encrypted. Pricing is a one-time licence of $4,999 for up to 25 users, with no subscription or per-seat fees, and installation, data migration and setup included.
