Users sign in with Microsoft Entra ID, so there are no new passwords or directories, and your link data stays in your environment. Link Redirector also works in the step between the click and the destination: One-time links expire after one use, so a forwarded copy won't work. They're useful for sharing credentials, codes or sensitive details. Disclaimer gates show a notice, such as a privilege or confidentiality statement, before a document opens. Branded redirect pages can show a message, announcement or onboarding information, with an optional timed redirect. An Outlook add-in lets users create and insert short links without leaving their inbox. A central link library keeps shared links in one place, so teams don't each maintain their own.
