Invograde generates electronic invoices in XRechnung 3.0 (UBL and CII), ZUGFeRD/Factur-X and Peppol BIS Billing 3.0 — either from a filled-in form or from an existing PDF invoice whose data is read automatically. The difference to a plain generator is validation. Every file runs through the official KoSIT validator against EN 16931 and the German profile before delivery. If a file fails, we do not deliver it — we show the violated rule in plain language instead. Two tools are free without an account: a viewer that renders a received XRechnung or ZUGFeRD file readable, and a validator for incoming invoices. Interface in German, English, French, Dutch and Spanish. Processing on EU servers; uploaded files are deleted the moment they are processed. Invograde does not transmit invoices or file them with any authority — we create and check the file; sending stays with the business.
