The Inviol system offers a wholistic approach to various safety risks in a way which they can be dealt with in a more effective manner to meet business risk management needs. For my company, Inviol identifies several key known high-risk aspects in the warehouse operations & distribution zone, namely moving powered plant & equipment, forklifts, trucks and pedestrian movements in their relevant exclusion zones. Inviol captures the key compliance failings into small videos and rates them - High, Medium & Low dependent on your individual settings. Inviol tracks the results and charts progress of corrective actions and allows management to present this information in the form of toolbox talks to the workers as an aid to reduce the various risk circumstances ongoing. Not only does this improve safety but it also documents corrective actions for company due diligence which is a company directors' legal requirement / obligation. It is impossible for management to supervise a whole warehouse / complex and manage the level of safety which is required in the modern warehouse & logistics to meet WHS legal requirements. Inviol provides management superior tools & resources in managing this aspect if implemented effectively. The Inviol system has fitted into our current CCTV system on site.
