InventoryOS is IT asset and billing reconciliation software for MSPs. It pulls device, user and license data from the RMM, PSA, Microsoft 365 and security tools an MSP already runs (32 integrations) and keeps one accurate count for every client. Change reports show what was added and removed each month, billing reconciliation flags counts that don't match what's being billed, and margin leakage reports surface unused licenses and forgotten devices. It works alongside your RMM and PSA rather than replacing them, so month-end reconciliation takes hours instead of days.
