Inuksuk Remote Support is remote support and remote-control software for IT technicians and small IT teams. From a simple web portal, a technician takes control of a client's Windows PC — mouse, keyboard and multi-monitor — to diagnose and fix problems remotely. Capture works even at the lock screen or inside an RDP session, where many tools fail. Pricing is pay-per-use: $2.99 CAD buys an 8-hour session across up to 3 PCs, with monthly ($5.99) and unlimited ($10.99) plans when you grow — no costly yearly commitment for a few fixes a month. The end client pays nothing and creates no account: they run a small portable program with no admin rights, or you install a service for permanent unattended access. Security is built in: an encrypted, certificate-pinned TLS relay, signed session tokens, logged sessions, hashed passwords, and optional two-factor authentication (TOTP).
