User-friendly interface, useful features
Work Board and Workflows are very useful for quick change of repair status. Labor Estimate and Maintenance provide me quickly find necessary information about vehicle.

Easy-to-use user interface. Ability of quick entering vehicle information using search by license plate. Financial reports of finished repairs.

I give it a good mark, but there are some drawbacks
The app is generally user-friendly, and I'd especially like the Quotes & Repair Orders feature. It has bug report for the developers, and they quickly resolve issues (they've helped me a few times).
