Interiware has been developing SAM ULTIMATE since 2000 for a single business: managing permanent and temporary staffing agencies in Switzerland.
The platform covers the full cycle. Front office: client orders, staff leasing contracts, activity tracking, invoicing, collections and reminders. Back office: candidate pool, assignment contracts, scheduling, time entry, payroll and social insurance statements.
Swiss compliance is the core of the product. SAM ULTIMATE is listed in the official Swissdec register as "swissdec certified basic", certificate no. 1056.24, for the product Staff Administration Manager — certified version ELM 5.0, with versions ELM 5.1, 5.3 and 5.4 declared and self-validated. Collective bargaining agreement rates are retrieved through tempdata and applied as at the assignment date. The platform also integrates Taritemp SUVA, PostFinance E-Bill electronic invoicing, qualified electronic signatures through SwissSign, and a native connection to the PepperMint accounting software.
Data is hosted in Switzerland on Google Cloud Platform Zurich, across three data centres. Licensing is per concurrent user, with unlimited declared users.
