SmartEvent is event registration and QR check-in software built in New Delhi for corporate conferences, exhibitions and VIP events in India. You set up a registration form in minutes, collect payments through Razorpay or UPI, and send every attendee a QR ticket by email and WhatsApp. On the day, your staff check people in with the phones they already carry, so there's no scanner hardware to rent. GST invoices with the right IGST or CGST/SGST split are generated automatically, group bookings can be uploaded straight from an HR Excel sheet, and the live attendance dashboard shows who has arrived, gate by gate. VIP arrival alerts let your hosts know the moment a key guest walks in. Pro and Scale plans also keep scanning in offline mode when venue Wi-Fi drops.
