Kedular is a shared calendar and cleaning schedule for short-stay hosts and the people who clean their homes.
Hosts paste each platform's calendar link — Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com or any iCal link — and Kedular checks them every 15 minutes, turning every checkout into a clean. Same-day turnovers are flagged in red. Cleaners see each clean with the host's access notes and checklist, tick it off on their phone, mark it done with their hours, and ask for supplies or report a problem; the host sees it all in one "Needs your attention" list.
What makes Kedular different is the cleaner's side. A cleaner who works for several hosts sees every host's properties in one calendar, and Kedular is always free for them. Cleaners can sign up themselves and invite their hosts. Cleaning companies can add their team, choose who cleans each property, and give a single clean to someone else; each team member sees only their own cleans.
Also included: booking notes ("early check-in 11 am"), email alerts when a booking changes, a 6 am summary of the day's cleans, cleans in Google or Apple Calendar, and monthly pay statements with a CSV export.
Pricing: free for cleaners. Hosts get 30 days free with no card, then A$10 per property per month (launch price for the first 100 properties). Built and hosted in Australia.
