Being a CDN-neutral solution, it allows us to apply Intellifend bot management solution to our environment which utilizes multiple CDN providers at the same time, this gives us flexibility and convenience that we are not locked into a specific CDN provider with bot management solution. On the cost wise, if we compare Intellifend with other provider that only does bot management, it's much lower in cost; however if we compare it with CDN provider that offers the bot management solution, Intellifend's cost is slightly higher. However one plus point is that the support (they are more like a Tier-2 support instead of Tier-1) or the engineering team in Intellifend is responsive and understand what we need, and able to customize the solution for our use cases. For the implementation wise, we opt to use their no-latency option instead of proxy option, seeing that low-latency is one of our requirement in selecting this bot management solution.
