Intaj Invoice is a free invoice and quote maker for freelancers and small businesses. You open the page and start typing; there is no account and no email to give. Your documents are saved in your browser on your own device, and you get a PDF through the browser's print dialog. It covers the details that usually push people into paid software: 57 currencies, several taxes with your own names and rates, prices entered with or without tax, and withholding. The screen comes in 9 languages, and the document itself can be in any of 17, chosen separately, so you can work in English and send a client an invoice in German or Japanese. Arabic documents are laid out right to left. It works offline and installs as an app on phone or desktop. The free version keeps 10 saved documents. Intaj Invoice Pro is optional ($39/year or $75 lifetime, 14-day trial without a card): unlimited documents with search, saved clients and items, business profiles, two more templates, quote-to-invoice, receipts, overdue overview and CSV export. It makes PDF invoices and quotes; it is not an e-invoicing system.
