Insurance Business Applications (IBA) builds IBSuite, a cloud-native, API-first insurance core platform for property and casualty insurers and MGAs. Founded in 2010 and headquartered in Copenhagen, IBA works with insurers across the Nordics, DACH, the UK and Spain, including Frende Forsikring, Topdanmark, Zurich, AXA, AIG and ManyPets. IBA's approach is a slim core: an insurance kernel covering product configuration, pricing and underwriting, policy administration, claims and billing, with everything around it connected through open APIs. The platform is evergreen, with monthly backward compatible releases, so customers stay on the current version without upgrade projects. IBSuite runs on AWS and processes more than 500 million transactions a month.
