Every room and every night sits on one calendar. InnRow's booking lock refuses a second booking for the same room and night, so your team can never double-book. Calendars sync with Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, Vrbo, MakeMyTrip and any site that supports iCal, and InnRow warns you when a site stops reading your calendar or when a last-minute booking needs dates closed elsewhere.
Owners and staff manage guests, payments, invoices with their own logo, and reports from any phone. Staff get their own logins with roles and limits. In India, InnRow also handles GST invoices, UPI payments, the Form C helper for foreign guests and a printable guest register.
There are no booking fees and no contract. Small homestays with up to 2 rooms use InnRow free, forever. Larger properties start a 30-day free trial of the Hotel plan with no card.
