Inmob360 is a Brazilian platform for real estate agents and agencies, with AI built into the daily workflow. ARIA, the agent's assistant inside the dashboard, works by text or voice and takes action: it creates a listing from the conversation and the photos the agent sends, writing the title and description; edits listings and reorders photos; adjusts prices in bulk; and creates and manages paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook and Instagram, including clicks, keywords and audience, always asking for confirmation before any spending. Sherlock answers buyers on the agent's own WhatsApp Business number at any hour, understands voice notes and photos, replies by voice, scores each lead from 0 to 100 and hands the conversation over to the agent for visits and negotiation (Premium and Agency plans). Listings go via XML feed to ZAP Imóveis, VivaReal, OLX and Chaves na Mão (an active account on each portal is required). AI import brings listings from other portals through the agent app or the Chrome extension. Also included: a free lead CRM with no contact limit and a five-stage pipeline, a website with custom domain, AI virtual staging, trackable QR codes, and free Android and iPhone apps for agents and buyers.
