The agenda feature allows appointment scheduling across multiple artists with a unified view, tracking client details and consent status directly from the calendar. Digital consent forms are sent upon confirmation, enabling clients to complete and sign them electronically before appointments. The ink registration system includes a library of over 1,800 inks, documenting materials used during treatments with data stored in client files. Aftercare instructions and treatment documentation are emailed post-appointment. Accessible via web-based devices, it complies with NEN-EN 17169 standards and EU data regulations. Client data is securely stored on EU servers, with support provided in Dutch.
