SOPTracker ensures that all employees receive instructions, handouts, and training programs relevant to their roles on a regular basis, making it a great tool for training and learning best practices. I am grateful for all the methods SOPTracker has provided us with so that we have a standardized system of procedures that enables us to complete tasks more efficiently and helps to reduce errors to a large extent, which has resulted in an improvement in quality control. It is also remarkable how management can evaluate employees transparently, and it provides high flexibility to coordinate relationships between different departments.

I believe what SOPTracker does best is the groups feature, as teams can get assigned particular tasks, and you will be able to see every member's progress. Also, their reporting is so easy and very informative!
