How it works: a business posts a project free, with the goal, the deliverables, a budget range in AED and a deadline. Agencies and freelancers reply with proposals that state a price and a timeline. The business compares them, messages providers and hires, or buys a ready package at a fixed AED price. Payment is taken at hire and held until the business approves the work, then released to the provider. Businesses leave reviews after each project. Providers can be based anywhere. They can earn a Verified badge after INFLUR checks a government ID or trade licence, an address and a phone number. INFLUR works in English and Arabic and prices everything in AED.
