PowerPCS is a position based employee management software that tracks FTEs, employee assignments, vacancy statistics and salary budgets. Positions are treated as independent entities, retaining budgets and details even when vacant. Administrators can define positions with classifications, status, organizational placement, and budget targets. The system tracks incumbents with FTE amounts, effective dates, and historical records. It handles scenarios where employees hold multiple positions or positions have multiple incumbents. Supporting up to eight organizational hierarchy levels, providing FTE and budget analysis for locations, divisions, departments, etc. Robust custom reporting allows configurable reports and CSV exports for integration with finance and payroll systems. A complete audit history logs all changes with timestamps and before-and-after values. On-screen org charts, and full data exports at any point in time.
