Recovery Waterfall is operations software for ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) organizations, built around one problem: a treatment plan authorizes hours, and every dropped session that never comes back quietly shrinks it.
When a family cancels in Care Pocket, the family app, or a technician calls out, the session drops and the waterfall runs: the open hours go to eligible technicians, and short notice adds pay. Technicians see the open hours in Field Pocket and choose whether to claim them. Nobody is assigned. The family sees the technician's name and confirms before anything books. The board only offers hours the authorization has room for.
Every hour moves through the same statuses: Dropped, Posted, Claimed, Confirmed, then Recovered or Not recovered. An hour counts as Recovered only once it has been delivered, never when it is booked.
Recovery Waterfall runs beside the EMR a clinic already uses and writes nothing into it. Billing and claims stay where they are. BCBAs keep every clinical decision, and a person approves every claim. Nothing pays automatically.
The public tour runs on fictional sample data. Infinite Pieces is founder-run: Tyler Sheedy, a behavior technician and lead RBT for nearly a decade across clinic, in-home, and school programs, sets up recovery with each founding clinic and runs a weekly review with its operations lead.
