Velisto is an AI social media and marketing platform for real estate. It gives agents, teams, brokerages and real estate marketing agencies one place to create social media content and publish it. For listings, Velisto turns a property's photos and details into a campaign: the announcement, a feature spotlight, an open house invitation, a Story and a Reel, in the agent's brand. When a listing goes under contract, sells, drops in price or comes back on the market, it prompts the user to create the matching post. Between listings, Plan my content suggests topics for the user's market, services and season and turns them into branded posts on the content calendar. Posts can also start from the user's own idea or from Velisto Agent, an AI assistant that drafts content and asks before it acts. Captions are written in the brand voice in 14 languages, alongside AI images, more than 200 real estate templates that carry the brokerage name and license number, and a Reels editor that turns listing photos into branded vertical and landscape videos. Users review and approve the content, and Velisto publishes it at the scheduled time to Instagram, Facebook Pages (including Reels), TikTok and Threads. Analytics show how each channel and post performed and suggest posting times from each channel's own results. Listings can be added by hand, imported from a CSV file or synced from a Houzez website. Plans cover a single agent, a team of 5 users or a brokerage of 30 users, and agency plans give each client a separate workspace.
