Hostli is an all-in-one platform for boutique hotels, villas and rentals: a professional website, a commission-free booking engine, online payments and a management dashboard, with calendar sync for Booking.com, Airbnb and Google Calendar. Every property gets a professionally designed website that the team can update without code: text, photos, rooms, rates and promotions from a simple visual editor. The built-in booking engine shows real-time availability so guests can book and pay directly on the property's own site. Hosts pay 0% to 3.5% per booking instead of the 15% to 20% commissions charged by online travel agencies. The management dashboard brings together bookings, guests, calendar, payments and reports. Calendars sync with Booking.com, Airbnb and Google Calendar via iCal to prevent double bookings, so OTA and direct bookings live in one calendar. Guests can pay online by card, at the property, or both. For rental businesses, Hostli also handles per-unit inventory with delivery and pickup times. Hostli runs in the cloud with nothing to install, works on computer, tablet and phone, and includes a help center and support tickets inside the dashboard.
