What I like most about Infegy is that it provides great condensations of a large amount of data. Being able to see overall sentiment, themes, etc. from a query is pretty great! The addition of AI in Starscape has been a welcome shift from Atlas. It makes it so much simpler not having to write a boolean query and just being able to fit all of your paramaters in your question to the AI. But having the option to still create a boolean query if you choose to is great.

The dashboards and infographics make it easy to understand social conversations on almost anything. The coverage is global and includes posts from many online platforms and in various languages. The advanced search features, while tricky to learn, allow for very detailed customization. The new Starscape version is outstanding and includes AI analysis and persona building that makes interpreting the online conversation quick, easy and in-depth. Best of all is the customer support from their expert team. They make sure you get the best results and are always quick to respond

Infegy Atlas makes it so much easier to learn about specific audiences. The query function is detailed and user-friendly, letting me fine-tune searches by keywords, sentiment, timeframe, and more to get exactly the insights I need. Whether I’m tracking trends or digging into a niche audience, it helps cut through the noise and surface meaningful data fast.
