Manage the entire project delivery life cycle of scope definition, cost estimating, work plan schedule, project performance, cost and date completion forecasting, invoicing, status reports, and close-out. Track productivity, efficiency, and margins by deliverables because, as an example, it is more effective to control 20 deliverables or 200 work packages than to control 2,000 or 20,000 activities.
