IncentiveOps is a sales compensation consultancy built for scaling B2B and SaaS organizations that have outgrown spreadsheets and need the compensation function operated with real precision. We design incentive plans, manage commission operations, and implement ICM systems for revenue teams where accuracy, defensibility, and structural clarity are non-negotiable. Our engagements are built around three models: fractional ownership of the sales compensation function, ICM implementation and structural redesign, and executive-level strategic advisory. We work with RevOps, Finance, and Revenue Leadership teams at companies with 30 to 500 quota-carrying sellers — organizations complex enough to need dedicated compensation expertise but not yet ready for a full-time internal hire. Every engagement is designed to leave the compensation function more stable, better documented, and built to scale.
