What is INC4?
INC4 is an engineering studio that builds AI for fintech and trading. Founded in 2013, INC4 has 70+ engineers in Kyiv and Lisbon working on AI development, AI infrastructure and MLOps, and production AI agents, backed by deep Web3 experience. The studio runs five practices: AI Lab, MLOps & DevOps, Algotrading, Compute Infrastructure and Blockchain Hub. INC4 was the core development partner behind AirDAO, from the 2019 ERC-20 token to the community-governed Layer 1 (2019-2025).
