inbord is a client portal for freelancers. For each client and project, you open a space branded with your own name, logo and colors, where the kickoff brief, files, deliverables, messages and progress live together behind a single link. Clients open it without creating an account or password. Key features: - Custom kickoff brief (short and long text, file upload, date, multiple choice) - Client files and freelancer deliverables in one place - Progress tracking (Pending, In progress, Delivered, Approved) and in-portal messaging - Encrypted vault for client credentials: hosting, website or social media logins are shared encrypted, never by email, with a code required at each viewing and automatic deletion afterwards - Optional secure payments: request a deposit or full payment by card, held until the client approves the delivery - White-label branding on the portal and emails - End-of-project thank-you page linking to the freelancer's Google or Trustpilot reviews Security and privacy: hosted in France (Paris data centers), HTTPS in transit and encryption at rest for files and database, private files reached only through expiring signed links, no ad trackers or third-party tracking tools.
