Phantom Forwarder is a web-based service that automatically forwards Telegram messages between channels, groups, private chats and Forum Topics. It runs 24/7 in the cloud with nothing to install. Two things set it apart: Ghost Mode, so your account never appears as the sender, and support for protected channels where saving and forwarding are disabled (as long as your account can read them). Smart filters cover keyword whitelist/blacklist, regex, sender, media type and message length. Transformations include find & replace, custom header/footer, formatting and link handling.
