ImmerRuf is an AI phone assistant for small and mid-sized businesses that lose calls: trades, car workshops, hair salons, hospitality, property management, real estate and tax advisors. It answers every call around the clock, including evenings, weekends and holidays. It qualifies the enquiry, tells an emergency apart from a routine request and routes each accordingly, books appointments directly into the calendar during the conversation, and afterwards sends a structured summary by email and SMS. Conversations run in German and English in every plan, with more than 30 further languages on request. The service is cloud-based and a real-time dashboard shows every call, transcript and booking. Setup is done for you and takes about a week, during which the assistant is trained on how the business answers its phone. Pricing is a fixed monthly fee from 99 EUR net, with no per-minute billing. Calls, storage and hosting stay in the EU, with a data processing agreement.
