IKON SKILLS™ (www.ikonskills.ac) is a Proof of Skill credentialing system for employers, HR and L&D teams, training organizations and universities. It offers 364 Micro-Credentials across 22 domains, including AI and automation, data and analytics, teaching and education, and brand leadership. Each Micro-Credential checks 10 real work skills through AI-powered assessment, carries 10 ECTS and is aligned to EQF Levels 6, 7 and 8. Earners receive a digital badge, a certificate and a verifiable Passport that employers can view through one link. Organizations use IKON SKILLS™ (www.ikonskills.ac) to upskill and reskill staff with clear proof of what each person can do. Credentials stack toward Emerging Degrees at Bachelor, Master and Doctoral level, conferred by European International University - Paris (EIU-Paris).
