IFCLint is browser-based BIM software for validating, correcting, and enriching IFC model files online without installation. It checks models against project-specific requirements, supporting IFC 2x3, IFC 4, IFC 4.3, IDS 1.0, and BCF 2.1 standards, and generates detailed reports in HTML, PDF, JSON, or BCF formats. A 3D viewer highlights geometry issues. Users can modify properties, property sets, and quantities directly in the browser, previewing changes before applying them. Missing mandatory properties are auto-fixed per IDS rules, with versioning preserving the original model. Enrichment features add materials, classifications, and product data using templates and rule-based logic. Models can be exported via filtered extraction or BCF 2.1 for collaboration. Data storage complies with DSGVO regulations, ensuring auditable validation evidence for acceptance, handover, and archival processes.
