Personalized Dashboards Made Easy—Fantastic Widgets, Easy to get started
Oh man, where do I start. It is my start of the day, every day. With Ichicraft Boards i have created my personalised dashboard. Our company has supplied lots of useful widgets that I can use just as i like. Not only the standard "Latest emails", "My next appointments" office integration, but also my latest files on my OneDrive and even better the files shared with me (those are hard to find otherwise). They have also created an internal marketplace and traffic information in and around our city.
But the very best two features are: The Files widget, where I can create new documents based on our companies templates and save them to any Team or Site. Awesome! And the Search widget rocks. It feels just a bit better than the standard SharePoint search.
I do remember when loggin in for the first time after it was installed in our environment, I was greeted with a helpful message and I could pick a ready made dashboard to get me started.

I have been using Ichicraft Boards for over five years, implementing Ichicraft Widgetboards on intranets with multiple customers. The tailored board templates significantly enhance personalization by catering to specific personas within a company, providing each user with a comprehensive and interactive day-start board that includes an overview of the workday, open tasks, calendar, and inbox. Additionally, the application widget, birthday widget, and the capability to create reusable templates stand out as particularly useful features. I appreciate the continuous improvements and the way Ichicraft is receptive to feedback from customers and resellers, showcasing their flexibility. These aspects collectively underline why I would choose Ichicraft Boards again.

What I like most about Ichicraft Boards is that all data remains securely in our own Microsoft 365 environment. Unlike other third-party intranet tools that store content in their own cloud, Ichicraft leverages our existing M365 setup and permissions.
It is highly flexible, responsive, and thoughtfully designed for both end-users and administrators. Because it runs directly on our tenant, we can seamlessly use existing security groups, SharePoint permission groups, or M365 groups to manage access.
The product is continuously improved with frequent updates, and their support team is knowledgeable, helpful, and fast. Overall, the implementation is smooth, intuitive, and reliable.
