I-Cost is a construction commercial and carbon management platform for UK contractors, estimators and quantity surveyors. Import a client's BOQ from Excel or CSV and turn it into a structured estimate with areas, levels and sub codes, cost and selling rates and target margins. Lock the final estimate for tender and keep revisions under control. From the estimate, send requests for quotation to suppliers, compare their prices side by side and issue numbered purchase orders with delivery notes, invoices and certificates attached. Staff and site operatives log their hours against the same estimate items, with weekly approval. Every estimate line can carry an embodied-carbon factor from the UK ICE database or your own EPD factors, so cost and carbon are measured on the same quantities. Project reports compare estimate against actual cost by area and export to PDF, Word and Excel. Construction-specific roles, project-level access and granular permissions keep the right information with the right people.
