Hyred Business is a recruiting tool for small and mid-sized companies in Indonesia. A recruiter posts a job opening, either by writing the role and its requirements or by pasting an existing job description. Each day the tool compares the opening against the Hyred talent pool: more than 7,000 job seekers who chose to be contactable after reviewing their CV on Hyred. Matched candidates appear as anonymous profiles. Instead of a single opaque score, each profile lists the requirements of the role one by one, with the evidence found in the candidate's CV. Interview invitations are sent from the profile, and the candidate has 24 hours to accept or decline. Name and contact details are revealed only when the candidate accepts, and only then is one interview taken from the quota. The same requirement-by-requirement scoring applies to applicants from the company's own career page and to uploaded CVs, so every candidate for a role sits in one pipeline. Pricing: 3 interviews free, then Rp99,000 for a 30-day package of 10 interviews, with no automatic renewal.
