I recommend users proceed with caution before entering their credit card details for the 14-day free trial. The CEO of the Company apologised and responded sincerely to the complaint, and the refund process has been initiated. He has assured, they are making some changes.

The Chat bot is one of the most useful tools on Hyyype. I had the opportunity to be part of the early trial and I found it to be unique and different from Chat GPT. As a seasoned marketer in healthcare industry, I was able to use Hyyype for worksteams related to messaging/claims creation, value prop, sales enablement content/talk tracks. I love that it offers a marketing oriented lens versus the "general" content from other generative AI tools. The output didn't replace my work but rather, it allowed me to rechannel my knowledge, expertise and most importantly, time to higher level. I could focus on more strategic thinking by having content to edit, reflect on. It's like having a twin who completed the first part of my work and I refine it, fine tune it and take it to the finish line.
