Humanlike AI is an AI recruiting platform that interviews every job applicant with a lifelike AI avatar. Companies paste their website, and Humanlike AI fills in the company profile, logo and open roles from the site and LinkedIn, then writes a structured interview plan for each role. Candidates get a video interview the day they apply, at any hour and in their own language. The AI interviewer supports more than 30 languages, asks role-specific questions, listens to the answers and asks follow-up questions. Every candidate is assessed against the same rubric. After each interview, the hiring team receives a transcript, a recording, a scorecard for each criterion, a short AI summary and a ranked shortlist. The hiring team reviews the results and decides who moves forward. The core platform is free: job posts, a careers page, a candidate pipeline with stage automations, a candidate inbox, email from Gmail or Outlook, and calendar scheduling. AI avatar interviews are paid per interview. Teams choose the interviewer's face, voice, style and language. Humanlike AI runs avatars on several real-time avatar engines, including its own HOMO 1 model. The Humanlike Hiring MCP server lets AI assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor list jobs, review candidates, read interview results and move candidates through the pipeline after the user signs in.
