The user interface is great for both clients and coaches. It's easy to use, and I like the versatility of what you can do, challenges, nutrition, habits etc.

As a solo online coach, the biggest win for me is having programming, client check-ins, and messaging all in one app, instead of juggling spreadsheets, PDFs, and chat apps. Creating a program for a new client is quick because I can reuse my templates and then simply adjust exercises and volume, which saves me a few hours every week. The client app is clean and straightforward, so my clients actually log their workouts and submit check-ins without me having to chase them down. Everything loads quickly on both desktop and mobile, which really matters when I’m reviewing check-ins between sessions at the gym. For the price, it has replaced several tools I was either paying for separately or trying to piece together, so it essentially pays for itself through the time it saves me.
