The system tracks per-client hourly rates, currencies, and payment terms, offering billing increments of six, fifteen, thirty, or sixty minutes. A running total displays unbilled hours and amounts throughout the month. Generated invoices include the consultant's logo, business details, client information, and a payment link. HourToBill stores client contact information, rates, payment terms, and billing history. The software supports unlimited clients, time entries, and invoices. CSV export functionality provides access to all entries and invoices.
