HourSquare is HR and payroll software that a company sets up itself, with no demo and no sales call. It keeps people records and the org chart, onboarding and offboarding checklists, leave and public holidays, time tracking, payroll with payslips, expenses, approvals, reports and surveys in one place. Payroll runs on tax packs for 24+ countries, or on pay items you set up yourself anywhere else. It works in any browser, in English and Georgian, is hosted in the EU, and has a public REST API, calendar feeds and export files for banks and accountants. Teams of up to 10 people use every module free forever, payroll included. Larger teams are free for now; if that changes, customers are told first.
