Since implementation, we haven't experienced any significant downtime or data integrity issues. Support quality: The support team is responsive and understands integration challenges. When we had questions during setup, they provided practical solutions quickly. Flexibility: The platform handles our custom data mapping requirements well. We were able to configure the integration to match our specific procurement workflows without compromising functionality. Cost-effectiveness: It is significantly more cost-effective than building and maintaining custom integrations in-house.

I love that it's built on open source tech and that we can customize connectors or built whole new ones without waiting for first party sources to be launched. Hadn't seen that on other ETL tools.

It's hard to choose between the product and the team on this one. The product has allowed us to swiftly and accurately build out specialized integrations with a dozen CRMs. The team have had our back through every step of that process, proactively anticipating our needs and identifying and solving problems before they have significant impact.
