Hotelwaley is a hospitality skilling platform built for Bharat by Devo Edutech Pvt Ltd, a DPIIT-recognised startup based in Hubballi-Dharwad, Karnataka. We train hotel, resort and restaurant staff through short, phone-first video lessons in English, Hindi and Kannada, covering housekeeping, front office, food and beverage service, laundry and hygiene SOPs. Hotels and hospitality groups use Hotelwaley to onboard and upskill frontline teams quickly and consistently, without classroom downtime, while tracking each learner's progress. We also produce custom training videos for hospitality brands, skill councils and partners, helping teams meet consistent service standards across every property.
