HotelGenie

HotelGenie replaces the hotel PBX and room handset with cloud voice that rings on guests' own phones, in-room tablets, Alexa or existing handsets. Guests call, text, order room service and make requests from a QR code, with no download. Staff get an operator console, AI concierge and housekeeping tickets, and every 911 call carries the room location. HotelGenie works alongside Existing PBXes, or replaces them.
