Very robust and can be simplified for what your hotel needs specifically

|HIA Accounting & ERP
My hotel accounting team uses it and loves it with 30+ hotels. Takes time but they are so much more efficient and owners enjoy the clarity and dashboards for performance. Love that it is all online without downloading software, great imports with API connection to multiple platforms, very robust, multiple screens for reviewing activity. Use marking "favorites" for all activities and items I use weekly and daily so that I don't have to navigate throughout the system. This makes it very quick to find and complete tasks. It's as if you are taking a very robust and comprehensive accounting platform and setting it up to be simple to use for weekly and monthly tasks. It removes any overwhelm. The search button is very helpful for finding everything from vendors to GL detail. The ability to export and import is amazing and exports exactly what you have on screen making sending and reviewing in Excel so simple and easy. This is a must for any accounting team.

A User-Friendly Hotel Accounting System

|HIA Accounting & ERP
I was initially impressed by the speed of the online platform that HIA uses. As I used the system more and more, I really enjoy all of the shortcuts that are built-in to the system as well. I appreciate that any recommendations I have for improvements to the platform are taken seriously and I can actually have a conversation with a real person about them. I love being able to work in multiple browser windows and I feel like I am so much more efficient in HIA versus the previous system we used.
