HostPilot is a channel manager built in the UK for hosts with 1 to 20 short-lets and holiday lets.
It brings your Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo calendars together, so each site knows when you're booked on another. Every property and every site sits on one calendar, with an alert if two bookings overlap. You can add private bookings too.
Each host also gets their own booking website, where guests book and pay by card through Stripe, with no commission. Guest messaging and automatic guest emails keep everyone informed, and you can send invoices from the same place.
On the Standard plan your first property is free for as long as you use it, with no card needed. Each extra property is £7.99 a month.
The Pro plan is £13.50 per property a month, with a 7-day free trial. It adds HostPilot Connect, a direct connection to Airbnb and Booking.com that brings in guest details, lets you set prices and minimum stays from HostPilot, and lets you reply to channel messages. HostPilot Connect runs through our channel partner, who bills about €16 a month for one property. Pro also adds Cleaners: your cleaner gets their own login, a cleaning job is made for every check-out, and a monthly pay statement works out what you owe.
Billing is monthly in pounds, with no setup fee, and you can cancel any time.
