A cruise is a boat, dates, a price and a cabin plan. The plan fills up as people book, and a berth is never sold twice. Time-limited options free the berth on their own if the client does not confirm. Promo codes reward early bookings and returning clients.
Get paid without chasing
Clients pay their deposit online, straight to your own Stripe account. KiteDeck never holds your money and takes no commission on your bookings. Balance and document reminders go out automatically. You can refund a deposit from the booking itself, and each cruise shows its expected margin, actual margin and break-even point.
Sell where your clients are
Every operator gets a public booking page under their own name, in 8 languages, following the traveller's browser. Paste the booking widget into the website you already have, sync your departures to calendars and aggregators with an iCal feed, and connect agencies, resellers and in-house tools with API keys and webhooks. Direct or through partners, the stock is the same on both sides.
Stay in touch
Each client has a file with contact details, level and cruise history. Build reusable segments and send email campaigns, with consent and unsubscribes handled for you. Get notified the moment a booking, a payment or an expiry lands.
Run your fleet
Describe a four-cabin catamaran or a thirty-eight-metre yacht over three decks. Start from a ready-made template or lay out your boat cabin by cabin. Sell by the berth or by the whole cabin, with supplements for suites and solo travellers. Multi-week charters spread their cost across the departures that use them. Destination fees can be set per person, per day or per cruise.

Accounts are secured with passwordless sign-in and mandatory two-factor authentication. The application runs on European infrastructure. Your clients, cruises and bookings can be exported as CSV at any time, and your subscription can be cancelled in one click.
