Super easy to use. Also for beginners. Customer support is good as far as I could tell. I really like the preset email sequences, including the Soap Opera and Seinfeld templates.

It already knows the purpose of each piece, all you have to do is tailor it to your widget. It's phenomenal. A game changer for me and I cannot wait to see what features they continue to add.
