Hobbstack is an aviation operations platform built for flight schools, flying clubs, aircraft partnerships, and solo aircraft owners. It replaces the spreadsheet stack with one system: scheduling, dispatch, billing, fleet and maintenance tracking, a digital logbook with endorsements, pilot currency, weather briefings, and reports.
Billing generates charges automatically from actual meter readings. Maintenance tracking includes squawk reporting, work orders, AD tracking, MEL deferrals, and parts inventory. The whole app is an installable progressive web app that keeps working offline and syncs when the connection returns.
Pricing is public and flat: a monthly rate per aircraft and simulator, never per flight hour, per user, or per booking.
