Hobbes is a game changer. Before we had Hobbes we were relying on unreliable web visitor identification to try and track down every lead that didn't convert the first time they came on our site. Now, Hobbes' agent essentially pre-qualifies visitors so we know exactly what painpoint customers are looking to solve for (get these updates via slack). When we actually reach out (Hobbes grabs their email + linkedin), we can be super targeted with our sell. Often people will convert E2E just off a conversation with Hobbes, meaning less time spent on demos for the team (especially helpful for smaller-ticket customers who don't really need the SLG motion) Definitely recommend Hobbes to any SaaS platform. Especially those who are struggling to display value prop on landing page alone.
