MekaDesk is management software for independent garages and small repair shops, covering quotes, invoices, repair orders with a kanban workshop view, customer and vehicle records, and a revenue dashboard. It works fully offline: a dropped connection never blocks invoicing or history lookup. Data stays on the device and syncs with AES-256 encryption once you are back online. The built-in OCR scanner creates a full vehicle record from a photo of the registration document: plate, make, model, VIN, dates, fuel type. It reads documents from six countries (FR, UK, CH, BE, ES, LU). E-invoicing is included at no extra cost. MekaDesk connects to an accredited platform, so Factur-X (EN 16931) invoices travel over the official network and supplier invoices arrive pre-filled. Also included: deposits, SEPA payment QR codes, job photos, used-vehicle margin scheme, FEC and Sage exports, CSV import.
