This company completely misleads its customers. We purchased this software with a lifetime license. However, after only one year, it started throwing an “operating system error.” When I contacted customer service, they refused to help unless we bought an additional Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) support pack. To me, this looks like their business strategy: once a client pays for a lifetime package, the company treats them like a trapped mouse. They push you into paying ongoing service fees just to keep the software running. This error isn’t a bug on our computer; it feels like a manufactured issue created solely to extract more money from existing clients. It’s absolute rubbish. If they actually require a yearly subscription, they should be honest about it, make that clear upfront, and charge accordingly—instead of misleading people with a fake “lifetime” offer. Save your money and stay away from this software.
